Ella Live in Concert: Rockqueen Night at Bukit Jalil Stadium

“Goosebumps, Legends, and a Stadium Full of Energy”

“Ella kot… siapa tak expect legend?”

That thought really hit me the moment the concert started. I went with my mom, and we managed to get seats quite close to the stage, which made the whole experience even more intense. From the beginning, it was already goosebumps. The energy, the lights, and the sound filling Bukit Jalil National Stadium just felt unreal.

Seeing Ella perform live at her age, still commanding the stage like that, honestly deserves full respect. It wasn’t just a concert it felt like watching a true icon doing what she was born to do. Salute.

The crowd was another level. Every fan was super sporting, singing along, shouting, and just fully enjoying the moment together. The whole stadium felt alive, like one big wave of energy.

One of the highlights was how she brought in special guest appearances. There were moments where Amy Search, Joe Fizzow, and Amir Masdi came out, and the collaboration performances made the night even more powerful. It didn’t feel like just one artist’s concert it felt like a celebration of Malaysian music.

Then came the performance of “In the Eyes of the World”. That part was insane. Ella was lifted and moved around the stadium on a massive moving platform, almost like a rooftop ride across the crowd. At the same time, there were Malaysian athletes on stage too Farah Ann, Nicole David, and others and the whole thing gave off a strong patriotic aura. It felt powerful, emotional, and proudly Malaysian.

When the concert reached its final moments, everything peaked. The closing songs, the energy, and finally the fireworks lighting up the sky it was the perfect ending. No exaggeration, it felt like a proper finale to a massive celebration.

After everything ended, my mom and I took a few photos with the stage in the background, just to capture the memory. Then we headed back home again using the LRT, still feeling the energy from the night.

Honestly, it wasn’t just a concert. It was an experience  one of those nights you know you’ll remember for a long time.
